1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at support@inkvvera.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91-94329-02462 with your Order ID.

After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched/shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep, and a refund will be processed after the item is received back at our warehouse.

Custom/Personalized Orders: Orders for personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.

Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
